Below is the outline of steps our Staffing Specialist will take assisting you in finding the right position for you.

• Phone Screen: Our Staffing Specialist will conduct an in depth phone interview to identify your employment options.



• Resume Review: Your resume will be evaluated for skills, employment tenure, salary history and requirements, desired job location, and type of position you are seeking.



• Face to Face Interview: After passing the phone screen and resume review you will be required to meet with a Staffing Specialist at our office. The process will include any additional paperwork that is necessary and through behavioral interview. Additional skills testing may be required depending on position.



• Reference Check: Staffing Specialist will conduct employment verification prior to placing with one of our Clients.

Additionally, ABC Staffing may conduct background checks and drug testing based on customized process as established with some of our Clients.
