DIRECT HIRE Position

Our client is looking for an experienced Physician Coordinator to assist their doctors in their office. Great company, modern office space, and exciting fast pace environment await you.  If this sounds appealing to you read on...... and then submit your resume for consideration.

Physician Coordinator will be assigned 2-3 doctors to schedule appointments; trouble shoot incoming calls for the doctors; (talk with patients that might be in severe pain) must be compassion and obtain all pertinent information to relay to doctor. Employee will be responsible for making calls to obtain pre-certs/authorizations/referrals for surgeries, and calling pharmacies for prescription refills.  Additional duties include opening doctors' mail, organizing and prioritizing work to be completed within required time frame. The ideal candidate will possess strong medical experience, great communication and a professional appearance.

Pay: $13.00-$14.00 hourly (depending on experience)
