How much does ABC Staffing charge its clients?

There is not a flat fee or specific dollar amount that is accurate for the several different options for placements. Call our Account Executive or Staffing Specialist to discuss your staffing needs and they will provide you with the fees associated with the type of placement best for you.

What type of services do you offer?

We offer the following options to our clients:
• Temp- this is typically used for short term projects for a specific period of time.



• Temp to Perm- this is used by our clients that wish to try the employee in the position prior to offering a permanent position. A time frame is often established prior to the employee starting the assignment.



• Direct Hire- this is used when the client wishes to place the employee on their payment immediately.

Do you have a guarantee with your services?

We do have a guarantee for our services for specific positions and placements. Ask your Account Executive or Staffing Specialist for the details.

How does the process work?

We will listen to your staffing needs; understand the requirements for your position and work to find the right candidate to fulfill your request. Many of our clients trust us to send them the “right candidate” without Client interview. Some Clients request that we set up an interview prior to the applicant beginning an assignment. Talk with your Account Executive or Staffing Specialist to determine the best process to ensure success.
