What is the cost or fee to use ABC Staffing?

ABC Staffing’ services are FREE to our applicants/employees.

How do I register with ABC Staffing for a position I saw advertised?

You can complete the online application and submit it to us. ABC Staffing will review your application and determine next steps as outlined in the hiring process.

Will I be guaranteed a job if I come to your office and complete the necessary process?

No, we cannot guarantee anyone a position.

How quickly will ABC Staffing find me a position after I complete the process?

That depends on each individual applicant and our available positions. We understand that most of our employees want to go to work as soon as possible and we will work to achieve that goal. Our goal is to get you to work as soon as possible with the right employer.

How do I get paid?

That depends on the type of placement. If you are a direct placement that means that your new employer will be paying you. If your placement is a temp or temp to perm position, ABC Staffing will be providing your paycheck

When is payday for ABC Staffing employees?

FRIDAY. If you wish to pick up your check on Friday at ABC Staffing office, you MUST call the office by close of business on Wednesday. Checks will be mailed Thursday night. However, as a benefit to our employees we offer direct deposit. Ask your Staffing Specialist how you can sign up.

What is the pay period and when will I receive my first check?

Pay period runs from Mon-Sun. First check will be paid on the following Friday of the next week. (Check is not issued the same week as worked)

How many hours do I have to work before I become a permanent employee?

We can not commit to specific time that is accurate for all circumstances. Therefore be sure to inquire to your Staffing Specialist regarding your individual circumstance before you start your new assignment.
